• Completely milk out every quarter.
  • Dip teats with germicidal dip or cleanser.
  • Rub barrel and ends of teat.
  • Re-dip to cover entire teat.
  • Allow 30 seconds of contact time.
  • Dry teats with a clean cloth towel.
  • Pay special attention to getting teat ends clean with the cloth towel.
  • Thoroughly scrub each teat end with alcohol-soaked pads or cotton balls.
  • Use Opti-Sert partial insertion infusion technique.
  • Re-dip each teat completely with germicide.
