Farm labor management book available

A new personnel resource, “Labor Management in Agriculture: Cultivating Personnel Productivity,” is now available from the University of California Agricultural Issues Center.

Gregory Encina Billikopf, University of California extension labor management farm advisor, takes a look at motivation and other factors that affect job performance — like incentive pay, performance evaluation, interpersonal conflicts, employee discipline and more.
