Feed for efficiency

At the recent spring feeding day hosted by the Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin, featured speaker Mike Hutjens, University of Illinois extension dairy specialist, suggested that producers maximize feed efficiency, rather than maximize production, with a focus on feed digestibility and days in milk.
