Government tracking voluntarily reduced greenhouse gases

Recently, USDA and the U.S. Department of Energy released guidelines on how to track greenhouse gases and possibly earn credits for voluntary gas reductions. Producers can reduce greenhouse gases through no-till cropping or improvements in nutrient management.
