Producers may choose from one of two short courses - a training workshop for managers with Spanish-speaking milkers or a total approach to quality milk production - which will be offered the afternoon of April 9. General session topics on April 10 include: U.S. milk quality and safety, on-farm practices to keep milk safe, Crohn's disease, cow comfort, prepping cows, choosing teat dips, mastitis myths and breakthrough management.

Registration is $45 per person for each short course. Registration for the general session is $50 per person by April 3 or $55 at the door. Registration for employees from the same farm is $35 per person. To register, contact PDPW at (800) 947-7379. You also may register online at: http://www.nmconline.org
