Managers Academy planned

The Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin has scheduled a Managers Academy for Jan. 22-24 in Phoenix, Ariz.

The Managers Academy is designed for dairy managers, industry directors, processors, marketers and distributors. You don’t have to be a PDPW member or Wisconsin dairy producer to participate.

Tour stops will include Shamrock Farms, Tom Dugan Dairy, a cotton gin and a feedlot. In addition, the Academy will include seminars by professional-development experts. Jim Austin will focus on the evolution of dairy markets and what it implies for the future. Internationally known trainer Monty Miller will lead an interactive workshop on communication skills.
