The office at Heim’s hillcrest dairy gets pretty crowded with outside personnel about once a month. But that’s a good thing, says dairy partner Jeremy Heim, of Algoma, Wis. The standing-room-only meetings offer the dairy’s management team and its consultants essential face-to-face time to go over monthly accomplishments and outline strategies to tackle any issues the dairy faces. Having everybody in the same room at the same time improves communication and keeps everyone on the same page.
