The Second Panamerican Congress on Milk Quality and Mastitis Control will be held Nov 24–27 in Brazil.

The event will feature 42 presentations with speakers from seven different countries. Session topics include: progress in mastitis control, strategies for producing high-quality milk, the role of therapy in mastitis control, the relationship between milking equipment, mastitis control and milk quality, food safety and dairy products, and the effects of mastitis on raw milk and dairy foods.
