Tires keep calf hutches cool

To keep its calf hutches cool in the summer months, Jones Dairy in Veguita, N.M., uses old tires to lift the back of its calf hutches. The tire lifts the hutch up high enough that the airflow is improved, yet the calf remains in the pen.
