Wisconsin dairy modernization survey updated

The Wisconsin Dairy Modernization Survey 2006 found that most participating producers have made at least some changes in their production practices recently. In fact, 40 percent implemented their changes in 2004-2005. Much of this change had to do with  increased herd size. For example, from 2001 to 2005, the survey average went from 134.5 cows to 239 cows. To see the complete report, follow this link.
