Research is under way to better control mycotoxins in grain crops.
According to researchers at Biomin, a two-pronged approach is needed to deactivate the toxic effect of these organisms:

The mycotoxins must be absorbed.

And their fungal metabolites must be biologically degraded.
Therefore, the researchers are working on the next generation of products to control and/or prevent the adverse effects of these organisms, especially in corn.
