Fire lit up the night sky at a dairy in Ontario, Canada, early Monday morning in a blaze that killed more than 110 animals.
According to CTV News, a passing driver alerted the sleeping dairy’s owners to the engulfed milking barn.

The Tillsonburg News reports that despite his loss, owner Clarence Markus remains optimistic about rebuilding.
Though officials don’t believe the fire is suspicious, a local investigation has been triggered by the magnitude of the loss, estimated at more than CA$1 million.
The fire marks the second devastating barn fire in less than a week. Last Thursday, a fire broke out at a Wisconsin dairy, killing 121 cows and young stock. Read more here.
