Cold Storage: Butter stocks climb 79% from 2011

According to the USDA's Cold Storage report, total natural cheese stocks in refrigerated warehouses on April 30, 2012 were up 2 percent from the previous month but down 1 percent from April 30, 2011.

Butter stocks were up 22 percent from last month and up 79 percent from a year ago.
