Dairy fuels NFL's Play 60

The Southeast United Dairy Industry Association and the Tennessee Titans have joined forces in support of the NFL’s “Fuel Up to Play 60” program, hosting a luncheon for the Tennessee Obesity Task Force on Wednesday.

The program was put in place to fight childhood obesity by motivating children to get active for 60 minutes a day. The Southeast Dairy Association and the Titans are working together to implement the program in Tennessee schools, encouraging them to make healthy choices in the food and activity time currently available. 

According to the Titan’s website, Director of Marketing for the Titans, Brad McClanahan said, “The Titans are proud to be a part of this Fuel Up to Play 60 kickoff in association with our partners at the Southeast United Dairy Industry Association.” He added, “For over 10 years, we’ve partnered with SUDIA to make Tennessee school-aged children healthier and this event only helps to further that initiative.”
