Farm Bureau game site now available for tablets

Games about the origin of food and what it takes to produce a crop familiarizes elementary school kids with life on a farm while developing their math, language arts, science and other skills are now available on a tablet.

A collection of online American Farm Bureau Federation games for children in kindergarten through sixth grade is now available as a free download on iTunes and Google Play. The five games from My American Farm – In My Barn; My Little Ag Me; Equipment Engineer; Farmer’s Market Challenge; and Ag Across America target a wide range of ages to entertain and educate kids about agriculture.

Progress in each game is tracked through stickers collected in a virtual passport. The federation offers supplemental lesson plans for teachers to use with kids in a classroom setting.
