These traditions apply to the work you do on your farms, the relationships you have with your friends and family ... and the foods that you eat.
That's one reason why the dairy checkoff is developing the "Dairy Comfort Cookbook," to build on America's love of dairy - and the farm families that provide safe, wholesome milk.
The cookbook, which is scheduled for publication in spring 2015, not only will feature some great-tasting and nostalgic recipes, but also celebrate the diversity of our nation's dairy farms and the people who work hard every day on the farm.
A variety of recipes are encouraged - for all meal occasions, snacks and celebrations. We hope to showcase dairy farmers' family recipes that incorporate dairy in both new and traditional ways.
