Debbie Lyons-Blythe of White City will be one of the ranchers featured on tonight’s RFD-TV program “I Am Angus.” The program, produced by the American Angus Association, will air at 7:00 p.m. Central time. RFD is channel 231 on Dish Network and channel 345 on DirecTV.
Lyons-Blythe will share stories from her life on a Kansas cattle ranch and explain how she utilizes the Angus breed to help tell agriculture’s story. She and her husband, Duane, and their five children own and operate Blythe Angus, a seedstock and heifer development businesses. As part of her daily activities, Lyons-Blythe takes time to advocate for the industry through various social media outlets including her blog, Life on a Kansas Cattle Ranch.
The hour-long show is the third program in a four-part “I Am Angus” television series that began early last fall. To view the previously aired segments, visit www.angus.org. Tonight’s show will be available online in the next few days.
