Join the National Milk Producers Federation and 80 agricultural organizations in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday to urge Congress to pass the Farm Bill. The rally will take place at the Union Square/Capitol Reflecting Pool at 11:00 am.

“The farm bill isn’t just a bill for farmers,” Rally information said in a PDF announcement. “One in every 12 American jobs is directly related back to the farm.”

Rally speakers include members from the House of Representatives, Senate, and various agricultural organizations, including Michigan dairy producer Ken Nobis. Nobis will speak about how having a five-year farm bill will provide certainty to farmers, and a new safety net for dairy producers.
