Barn fire kills approximately 120 animals at Wis. dairy

A barn fire in east central Wisconsin last Friday was responsible for the deaths of approximately 120 head of cattle.

The fire occurred at a dairy farm near Valders, Wis.  According to this story in the Sheboygan Press, most of the animals got out of the barn but had to be euthanized following smoke inhalation.  

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
