The Dairy Cattle Reproduction Council (DCRC) has completed the agenda for its annual meeting, November 2 – 3, 2007 at the ColoradoConvention Center in Denver, Colo.

The agenda features presentations covering the latest news and research in dairy cattle fertility and reproduction technology. The seminars will cover these four topics:

  • Economics.
  • Genetics and new technologies for reproductive programs.
  • Health and nutrition.
  • Reproductive programs.

“Last year we achieved our goal of creating a healthy start for the organization and establishing a forum to deliver relevant, leading-edge information,” says José Santos, DCRC president and associate professor at the University of California-Davis. “This year we take another important step by providing dairy producers, veterinarians, researchers and industry professionals with a veritable ‘Who’s Who’ of dairy reproduction specialists to deliver the latest information to help improve dairy cattle fertility.”

Veterinarians attending the convention will receive up to eight continuing education credits. Students are also encouraged to attend, and can receive a significant discount off of the conference registration. Group rates are available for groups of 10 or more.
