American Farmers for the Advancement and Conservation of Technology (AFACT) have scheduled a series of free webinars for producers and veterinarians to address questions about FDA's increased interest in dairy farm use of antibiotics.
More importantly, the webinar will focus on ensuring that producers are working with veterinarians to update (or create) a valid residue prevention plan. Speakers will include Dr. Mike Lormore, Director of Dairy Veterinary Operations with Pfizer Animal Health and noted large-herd consultant, along with AFACT dairy producers and veterinarians from across the country.
