Dairy fined for manure spill

A northwest Virginia dairy producer has reportedly paid a $6,825 fine for allowing manure to spill into the North Fork of the Shenandoah River.

Windcrest Holsteins of Timberville, Va., was cited by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, according to this story.
