Need sleep? Turn to milk to catch more Zzz’s

Yahoo! recently featured an article from Fitness magazine, looking at the best foods to eat before bedtime.

Milk was named twice -- as "warm milk" and "cereal and milk."

Of course, for the true insomniac, the answer for getting to sleep may lie in Night Milk, a new product being developed overseas. Milk used in Night Milk is collected from cows during the night, resulting in an increased amount of melatonin. Read more about it here.

I can milk one of my cows at midnight to get "night milk"....... then I'll fall asleep! Really, we have plenty of cows in the US milked at night - let's get a marketing campaign and product development for giving some of these farmers a premium for that milk.
