Athletes turn to chocolate milk

More and more athletic departments are discovering the benefits of chocolate milk.

The latest is the University of Nebraska-Omaha. The strength coach has switched his athletes to chocolate milk from sports drinks, reports KETV-TV.

For several years now, researchers have been finding that chocolate milk helps athletes to refuel their muscles after an intense workout. Dairy Herd Management ran this item a few months ago.
