The Wisconsin School for Beginning Dairy Farmers is taking applications for its 2003-2004 class. If you attend, the program includes the University of Wisconsin-Madison "Farm and Industry Short Course," as well as special training sessions and seminars about managing a grass-based dairy.
On-farm scholarships are available, as is distance-education.
