Aurora Organic Dairy is providing $1,000 scholarships to students enrolled in the CSU program.

Students attending Colorado State University this fall have a new area of study to explore — organic agriculture.

The CSU organic agriculture program builds on the fundamentals of general agricultural science programs with additional courses offered in organic agricultural methods, ecology, management and marketing. Students must also complete an internship in the organic agriculture industry.

Aurora Organic Dairy, headquartered in Boulder, Colo., is supporting the program by offering $1,000 tuition scholarships to each student enrolled in the program. Aurora is the nation’s leading producer of private-label, or store-brand organic milk.
