Environmental issues that affect agriculture will be decided by the U.S. Supreme Court this session. The cases affect livestock operations, wetlands management, regulation of dust and application of Superfund regulations to agriculture. American Farm Bureau Federation General Counsel Julie Anna Potts gave an update on the court cases on AgriTalk with Mike Adams.
