An Oregon dairy producer has agreed to pay $260,000 to settle a sexual-harassment lawsuit, according to news reports.
Wilcox Farms, Inc. denied any wrongdoing, but agreed to pay a former employee who said she was harassed by her supervisor, reports The Oregonian, quoting U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sources.
In addition to paying its former employee, Wilcox Farms also agreed to distribute a sexual-harassment policy in English and Spanish and to conduct workshops for all of its employees, the article said.
