The History Channel’s new “Food Tech” program visited a Pennsylvania dairy farm to learn how buttermilk is made.

The segment was filmed last year at Marburger Farm Dairy in Evans City, Pa. and is slated to air next Thursday, March 4 at 9 p.m. (EST).

The show is hosted by Bobby Bognar, who breaks down the facts on how food is made and where it comes from — from farm to plate.
