Humane Society will offer bachelor degrees

The Humane Society of the United States has recently obtained a license as a higher-education, degree-granting institution. The license was granted by the District of Columbia Education Licensure Commission.

According to an article in DVM News Magazine, HSUS will offer bachelor degree programs in animal studies and in animal policy and advocacy.

Classes are to begin this fall.
