Cockroft Dairy Farm of Kersey, Colo., is the seventh dairy to file for bankruptcy protection following the close of New Frontier Bank earlier this year, reports the Denver Post.

The dairy is seeking to reorganize under Chapter 11, which would allow it some measure of control. Among the 60 creditors listed was New Frontier Bank, which is being liquidated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. According to the report, debt ranged from $1 million to $10 million.
