PDHGA college scholarships available

Got kids in college or headed there this coming fall? Or going back to school yourself?

The Professional Dairy Heifer Growers Association has a $500 education scholarship for current members, children or legal dependents of members.

The scholarship will be awarded to the leading applicant based on the following criteria:

• An essay focused on choice of vocation or profession.
• Community and school activities.
• Work and service to their family operation.
• A brief essay on their perceived importance of PDGHA.
• Grade point average.
• A proposed budget breakdown for the upcoming academic year.

Applicants must be enrolled in studies related to agriculture at an accredited college or university. Link to: www.pdhga.org for more information and application forms.

Applications must be received by March 4.
