PETA proposes "cow empathy museum"

PETA is at it again.

A day after chiding President Obama for swatting a fly, the animal-rights group wants to lease the Pet Dairy milk-production plant in Portsmouth, Va., once it closes and turn it into a "cow empathy museum."

"The museum could convert a building built upon cruelty into a tribute to compassion and kindness," PETA's executive vice president said in a letter to the building's owner.
