Last year, the Discovery Channel show “Dirty Jobs” looked at a dairy farm in Indiana. This week, it looks at a rendering plant in California.

The show’s host, Mike Rowe, discovers how much of a farm animal can be rendered. He travels to North State Rendering in Oroville, Calif.

Check your TV directory for times. Some of the broadcasts this week are in prime time and others run in the early-morning hours.
