All Schepps Dairy milk is now produced without the use of artificial growth hormones, announced the company on Monday.

Schepps Dairy is one of the first brands in Texas to ask farmers to provide milk from cows not treated with artificial growth hormones, and farmers have pledged to do so.

"We are excited to offer this new product to families in the Metroplex," said Susan Meadows marketing director for Schepps Dairy. "We decided to launch the artificial growth hormone free product after we received a significant number of customer and consumer requests. It is a pleasure to bring another trusted and healthy choice to our market to meet the needs of our consumers."

Schepps new offering of artificial growth hormone free milk will be available immediately to consumers in the entire Fort Worth and Dallas area. Schepps Dairy serves over 1,500 convenience stores, 400 supermarkets and 6,000 food and hospitality related businesses in Texas.
