Study: Sugarless yogurt may improve bad breath

In a small study, Japanese researchers found that eating traditional, sugarless yogurt reduced the compounds that cause bad breath, reports International News.

Researchers also found that sugarless yogurt cuts down on plaque and gingivitis.
