Survey shows public doesn't support obesity lawsuits

A survey by the Gallup Organization shows that nine out of 10 Americans oppose holding the fast-food industry legally responsible for obesity problems.

That's good news for companies like Kraft and McDonald's, which are scrambling to offer healthier, lighter-food options. And, bad news for lawyers hoping to turn obesity into the next tobacco.
