USDA Schedules Dairy Industry Advisory Committee Meetings For December & January

WASHINGTON - The Dairy Industry Advisory Committee will meet Dec. 14-16, 2010, and Jan. 11-12, 2011, at USDA headquarters in Washington, D.C. The purpose of the meetings is to discuss farm milk price volatility, dairy farmer profitability, and finalize the Dairy Industry Advisory Committee's report to the Secretary.

The meeting dates, times, and locations are listed below:

* Dec. 14 @ 8 a.m.: South Building, Room 3074

* Dec. 15 @ 1 p.m.: South Building, Room 3074

* Dec. 16 @ 8 a.m.: Jamie L. Whitten Bldg., Williamsburg Room (104A)

* Jan. 11-12, 2011 @ 8 a.m.: Jamie L. Whitten Bldg., Williamsburg Room (104A)
