The Roanoke Times reports authorities in Rockbride County, Virginia have seen livestock killed on rural farms and believe there are more to come.
Authorities say four cows and a horse have been shot on rural farms between November and February. Capt. Chris Blalock of the Rockbridge County Sheriff’s Office says the crimes are related and he expects more.
The shootings have occurred before dawn but none of the farms are near each other.
