Purdue University has launched a Web site that can help you train employees on proper milking procedures. In addition, the site explains why those procedures are important and the role each plays in achieving milk quality.
Other training sections include milking equipment, sanitation, mastitis management and treatment.
You can access the training modules for free. But, if you want to take the test to become a certified milker, the cost is $10.
