A sentencing hearing in Green County, Wis. will decide if two dairy producers will go to jail, pay restitution or both for adding water to the milk at their dairy.

According to the Wisconsin State Journal, the brothers James and Richard Klenz of Brodhead, Wis., admitted to adding water to milk at their dairy. And they pleaded guilty to one felony theft charge and three misdemeanor charges of selling adulterated or misbranded food last fall.
