The Difference: Women in Public Life, a monthly TV series, focuses on women active in government and engaged in civic life and public service at all levels in Wisconsin.  Through features, roundtable discussions and historical segments, The Difference presents a variety of roles and experiences of women in Wisconsin’s public life and explores the different ways men and women may look at key issues and public service.

In November the show focuses on Wisconsin women in agriculture and features ShellyMayer, Executive Director, Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin.

Also featured are the Alice in Dairyland program with Nicole Breunig, Senior Agricultural Marketing Consultant for DATCP and Christine Linder, current Alice in Dairyland; Pam Jahnke, Farm Director, Midwest Family Broadcasting; Lisa Kivirist, Director, Rural Women’s Project, MOSES and Co-Owner- Inn Serendipity Farm and Bed and Breakfast; Valerie Breunig, Executive Director, Worldwide Foundation of Credit Unions; Daphne Holterman, Owner and Partner, Rosy-Lane Holsteins; Laura Daniels, Dairy Farm Owner and General Manager; Marjorie Stieve, Marketing Services Manager for Vita Plus Company; and Molly Jahn, Dean of the University of Wisconsin College of Agricultural and Life Sciences.
