FOB Plant basis negotiated sales for delivery within 0-21 day period, including
sales since last report, U.S.dollars per 100 pounds.

Compared to the last market test: Lean boneless was firm to 1.00 higher;
85% was 1.00 to 2.00 higher; 75% was unevenly steady; 65% was unevenly
steady; Other lean percentages were not fully established.  Beef trimmings
lower on moderate demand and moderate to heavy offerings.
