Negotiated Sales - Afternoon
FOB Plant basis negotiated sales for delivery within 0-21 day period, including
sales since last report, U.S.dollars per 100 pounds.
Compared to last market test: Lean boneless was mostly 1.00 to 3.00 higher;
85% and 75% were mostly weak to 2.00 lower; 65% was sharply lower; Other
lean percentages were not fully established. Beef trimmings sharply lower
on moderate demand and heavy offerings.
