sales since last report, U.S.dollars per 100 pounds.

Compared to the last market test: Lean boneless steady to 1.00 higher; 85% lean
mostly steady; 65% lean steady to 2.00 lower; All other lean percentages not 
fully established. Beef trimmings steady on light demand and offerings.
