Negotiated Sales - Afternoon

FOB Plant basis negotiated sales for delivery within 0-21 day period, including
sales since last report, U.S.dollars per 100 pounds.

Compared to the last market test: Lean boneless steady to 2.00 higher; 85% lean
steady to firm; 65% lean steady to weak; All other lean percentages not fully
established. Beef trimmings lower on light to moderate demand and offerings.
