sales since last report, U.S.dollars per 100 pounds.

Compared to the last market test: Lean boneless firm to 1.00 higher; 92-94% lean
firm to 2.00 higher; 85% lean 1.00 to 2.00 lower; 65% lean mostly steady; All 
other lean percentages not fully established. Beef trimmings steady on light 
demand and offerings.
