Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 01/30/2013
 
Receipts:  4115    Last Week:  4952    Year Ago:  5100
 
Compared to the last week:  Feeder steers 4.00-6.00 higher.  Feeder 
heifers 3.00-5.00 higher.  Steer calves sold 3.00-5.00 higher.  
Heifer calves over 500 lbs sold 3.00-5.00 higher and heifer calves 
under 500 lbs sold 10.00-12.00 higher in limited test.  Demand good 
to very good with recent rainfall in the area of over an inch.  
Quality was moderate to mostly attractive.  Supply included 77 percent 
over 600 lbs; 46 percent heifers.
