Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 11/14/2012
 
Receipts:  3850    Last Week:  3535    Year Ago:  6005
 
   Compared to last week, steers sold fully steady on comparable 
offerings. Heifers sold fully steady on comparable offerings. Most calves 
had precondition shots and quite a few were weaned. Demand was good from 
start to finish. Near 225 head of slaughter cattle sold in the mix. 
Feeder supply included 45 percent steers; 55 percent heifers with 69 
percent over 600 lbs. Next auction will be a bred stock sale on November 
21st.
