   Compared to last week, steers over 600 lbs sold steady to 5.00 higher. 
Heifers sold 2.00 to 6.00 higher. Fly weight steers and heifers sold near 
10.00 higher. Demand was good from a large crowd of buyers with many 
states represented. This week’s offering was the greenest (light fleshed) 
that has sold in recent weeks. Market closed the day strong. Steers were 
62 percent of the run, 37 percent heifers and balance on bull calves. 
Near 85 percent weighed over 600 lbs.
